Brian was extremely helpful in both selling our home and purchasing our new home in Santa Barbara. On the selling side, he was able to list/sell our house upon hours after he posted it on social media. We had a qualified potential buyer the same night we listed it and went on his Social Media page. The buyer was heading to Hawaii that night and requested to see the house. Brian showed them the house that evening and while they were in Hawaii they made an offer at our initial asking price. On the purchasing side: He even assisted us when we moved to Santa Barbara, which we were informed by many SB realtors that we shouldn't use someone not familiar with the area, however he made special trips out to the property and negotiated the deal for us. Not only does he live in Santa Clarita (1.5 hours away), he even showed up during the termite and home inspection.
