Best Realator I've ever worked with. . Diane is the best Realtor I’ve ever worked with. My brother and I were handling the sale of our deceased parents’ home in California while both living out of state, and Diane coordinated everything seamlessly from start to finish. She went above and beyond by arranging repairs, recommending vendors, and even helping with maintaining and beautifying the yard. Her communication and organization made what could have been a very stressful process feel manageable and smooth. Most importantly, Diane convinced us to list the home at a lower price than we originally planned in order to generate more interest — and it worked brilliantly. The home ended up selling for $50,000 over our asking price. She also provided detailed information on each offer, including buyer financial qualifications, which helped us make an informed decision. In the end, we accepted an offer that was actually $50,000 less than the highest bid because the buyers were financially solid and the overall terms gave us the most confidence that the house would close quickly. Even with that choice, we still sold for $50,000 over asking price and could not be happier with the outcome. Diane’s experience, strategy, honesty, and ability to manage every detail remotely were invaluable. I would recommend her without hesitation to anyone buying or selling a home.
