Cody found me an apartment urgently after my house in Malibu burned down. From the start I was impressed by his genuine concern for my daughter and me and our dogs not only on the apartment front, but in keeping us updated on all the resources available to us after the fires. He found us an awesome place and while clearly representing the landlord, did all he could to help us have a smooth transition. He is still involved regularly investing his time to make sure we are happy and that we have everything we need in our new home. I have lived in 12 countries and more cities and have had many real estate agents. Cody is an awesome agent and an even better human being.

Cody is hands down the best real estate agent in Malibu. Where others lost faith or lost interest, Cody persevered in our search for the perfect place with enthusiasm and grace. Always available and happy to help in anyway he over and over again impressed me, no, shocked me with his care and attention to detail. I honestly do not think we would have ended up in the home of our dreams without him!

Cody has been a tremendous help since day one. I was referred to Cody by a friend, and after I first contacted him, he responded promptly, friendly, and eager to help. From our first call to move in day, Cody worked so diligently to find the perfect house for my friends and I. He responded to our emails quickly, answered all of our questions, and ultimately guided us through the entire process, even after move in. He certainly goes above and beyond his job requirements to make sure everything is to our liking and goes smoothly. Would highly recommend him and definitely call him in the future.
