We want to thank you for the excellent work on our behalf by Mr. Stephen Biskup. Prior to signing a listing agreement with Mr. Biskup to sell our property in Hollywood Hills, CA, we interviewed two local agents. The agents were very knowledgeable and professional but, their quote to sell was around $1M since they put into consideration the condition of the property which was in probate. Mr. Biskup's confidence, professionalism, an excellent marketing plan and pleasant demeanor during the interview gave my husband the confidence to hire him. I feel that God sent Stephen to us. I received numerous hand-written letters from other realtors over the years, but Stepen's letter caught my eye, as it was the only typed one with his picture and was just very professional all around. I am so glad that I contacted him. I decided to move to another state where I don't know anyone. Stepen was kind enough to put us in contact with a great realtor in the area where we wanted to move. Within a month's time, he had our two old houses sold and I was able to find a lovely house where I live now.
