Henry is a fantastic broker and a wonderful person. His extensive real estate expertise shines through in the professional way he conducts his business and the warmth he exhibits toward his clients. He really cared about our concerns as we emotionally decided that it was time to sell our parent's family home of 45+ years. The house was built in the 70's and although it had "good bones", it lacked updating. We agreed to sell it "as is" and Henry helped us price it accordingly. We received an offer within a week for over the asking price. We especially called on Henry's experience when we ran into a funding issue the day we were scheduled to close escrow. Henry held together the deal and we closed a week later. We are so grateful to Henry for everything he did for us!

Henry Nunez is top notch! The real estate game can be a nerve wracking, anxiety producing ordeal. Luckily, we had Henry on our team. Working with him made the whole process feel like a breeze. Henry is so personable and helpful. You won’t find another agent more responsive or one who listens to you and your needs. He took the time to understand our needs and then followed through with the actions necessary to get the job done. Working with Henry was more than a business transaction. After the close of escrow, we found out that Henry only lives about a mile from our home. We now look forward to having him over to family barbecues, because that’s just how cool he is. I personally know a lot of real estate agents and I don’t recommend any of them to you. But Henry does get my recommendation. Give him a call! You won’t regret it!

.Henry truly raises the level of expectations for Real Estate professionals. He listened to all my needs and wants, without wasting my time showing me properties which did not fall into my criteria. His negotiation skills were far superior than Realtors I have previously worked with. These same qualities held true when he listed my home. Up front he shared with me what his marketing plan was , which he exceeded. I followed his directions, and before I knew it we accepted an offer. A few week later we were closing the escrow. If you are looking for a Realtor with knowledge and experience, with service beyond your expectations, I could not recommend a better professional.
