My husband and I met Sarah through a mutual friend when we took interest in purchasing a cabin in Big Bear Lake. We knew we wanted to be within walking distance of the Village yet still feel isolated. With a limited budget, Sarah took our wants into consideration and after showing us a few places that we weren’t feeling would be a great fit, she drove us by a place that had just fallen out of escrow. We knew this was our Big Bear home and asked Sarah to write up an offer without even looking inside. After some work on Sarah’s part, our offer was accepted. Within a few weeks, the very difficult seller refused to make repairs he was responsible for and we ended up pulling out of escrow. We felt defeated but Sarah assured us we would eventually find everything we wanted. Sarah continued the search, checking in with us regularly, never losing faith. After about a month, we received a call from Sarah saying the seller of the original cabin had changed his mind and was willing to make the repairs. Sarah continued working hard for us throughout the entire process which was not an easy task with this seller. We have now owned our little piece of serenity for three years. Not only did we get our cabin; we also gained a wonderful friend. We have recommended Sarah to friends and will continue recommending her to anyone interested in finding their dream place in Big Bear.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Sarah. She seemed to be nearly constantly available to answer any and every question that I could imagine. (1st time home purchase, so there were plenty!) Sarah went above and beyond our expectations. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone; and am looking forward to working with her again!
