One of the most unscrupulous agent that I've ever seen! Litta Lee was the seller's agent in my attempt to purchase a condo. We had an usually long escrow duration per seller's request. I accepted with some hesistancy but eventually decided to cancel my escrow for several reasons, one of which was the lack of communication and responsiveness of Litta. Once the inspection was done, my agent requested for seller's disclosure multiple times both in writing and verbally without any response. All my contingencies were still intact when I decided to cancel. That's when she had the nerve to withhold my EMD and even ask for $750 in liquidated damages because I had changed my mind about purchasing! Are you kidding me?!?! Read the contract, Litta. I have every right to cancel the escrow as long as the contingencies are still intact. And you didn't perform your duties as an agent by providing me with the proper disclosure within specified days. In fact we never got them at all! I'm going to have to go into mediation and likely litigation to get my EMD back. If you are a buyer, stay away from her listings. She's too greedy. If you are a seller also stay away because she's too clueless and lazy to understand basics of a real estate contract. You have been warned.
