My wife and I went on this journey to find our family’s home and absolutely could not have done it with the skilled, thoughtful and tireless work of our realtor Anthony Anaya. His knowledge of the ins and outs of the home buying process was so helpful as we constantly peppered him with questions. He always made us feel like he was on our team and he genuinely cared about us finding the right place. He was patient and kind as we saw places that weren’t the right fit and we never felt pressured to settle for something that wasn’t quite right for us. Working with Anthony was an absolute dream process. You always worry if you are going to get someone who's only concern is pushing to close on every house to get you out of their hair to move on to the next client. That is the exact opposite of working with Anthony. Anthony always came with all his homework done on every house we were going to see even if told him our curiosity was mild on his he house. He has all the answers and even gave us honest opinions. Looking at houses with him felt like I was taking a tour with a buddy versus an Agent. He would keep things entertaining and calm our nerves. But when he could read our faces and body language he knew when we found our future house. Not to mention all the extras he will do to help you to sell your place too if you are selling and buying. We were very busy trying work while doing all we could to get our place sold too, and Anthony would come in and point out things worth taking care and even tackled some of those things on our behalf, that is above and beyond! We told him we would bring someone in, but he had some spare time and helped us. Working through the process of each step along the way to get our keys, Anthony walked us through each step and laid out the flow of how it would go. His communication was awesome and made me feel very informed. And even post purchase he's checked on us and kept in touch. I bought a home and gained a friend too. I hope everyone feels at ease knowing someone as top notch as Anthony is standing besides you as you make a huge step in your life.
