Michael Remacle is absolutely fantastic at his job. I'm so incredibly grateful I found him to help me sell my mother's home. In fact, the way I found him was because of his awesome marketing skills that were unique and provided me with some great seller tools - so much more than just a postcard from yet another realtor trying to get my business. He actually gave me something I could use that would benefit me. I regularly refer to Michael as my Sherpa because that's what he has been - an incredible guide every single step of the way for the home selling (or buying in others' cases) process. Michael is incredibly knowledgeable, super attentive, constantly available and amazingly responsive. I always felt like I was in the most capable hands. He was so fast to respond to all my emails, calls and texts (and there were MANY). He is so nice and upbeat and positive with a steady hand which really helped during my time of anxiety with the way the market has been - I was trying to sell RIGHT after the 3x fires (Palisades, Altadena, Brunson - so there was a lot of anxiety). He's honest to a fault and he has immense integrity. He always tells me the truth, not just what I might want to hear. He's a genuine person with a winning personality and a true desire to make a difference for the people he helps. I would recommend him to absolutely anyone who wants an excellent experience buying or selling their home (or to eat Jeni's ice cream with - he he because he became a true friend in the process).

Michael was as helpful and supportive as a real estate agent could be. He helped us navigate a very complicated market, he was timely, thoughtful, and provided great advice while also making sure to listen to us. He helped us close on our house through diligence and strong communication, coordinating all aspect of closing and ensuring that we had a smooth finish to the process. He was available whenever we needed him and spent so much time with us. My wife and I give him our strongest recommendation!
