Without hesitation, Nate showed up and despite being in a suit with no change of clothes….he literally dug the hole himself so the inspection could get done and we could stay on schedule. in 95-degree heat. I don’t think he’ll want to repeat that particular act of kindness again but it showcases who he is and what he is willing to do to accomplish what needs to be done. We got our dream home, and I truly believe it was because of Nathan’s experience, ability to connect with the other side, solve problems quickly, and make things happen when it mattered most.
