Laura is a dear. She is the most thoughtful and diligent realtor we have ever worked with. She helped us buy our new home and it was a real process... but Laura handled it with poise. She was very thorough and prepared. We had a short inspection window and she had everything scheduled and planned well in advance so that we had the most time to really inspect our potential new home. She has great contacts for inspections and is very good at presenting clear reports and negotiating and organizing for any repairs. She really fought hard for us and was always present and available. She is a buyer’s dream realtor. She even gave us lovely house warming gifts when everything was signed and done! 5 stars!

I met Laura when selling my La Crescenta home earlier this year. She was the buyers’ agent, but I got to know her better than my own realtor since she was at my home several times with inspectors, buyers, etc. I was very impressed by her professionalism, her caring attitude towards her clients and knowledge of the market and the industry.
