Gul was with us every step of the way. Despite some difficult dealings with the buyer’s agent, she displayed excellent communication skills and was extremely knowledgeable about working through the entire process despite many barriers we faced. Gul responded to all of our requests in a timely manner and displayed a high level of professionalism from beginning to the end. I would highly recommend using Gul Iranpur for any future real estate dealings and now consider her to be a friend for life!

Reason for the 5 star is COMMUNICATION. We were able to talk with Gul at 7 in the morning or 9 in the evening. Very nice also that she let us talk with her with WhatsApp or by phone. Like family she told the truth whether good or bad and very helpful with solutions. We live overseas so Gul had to devote more time being at the property than normal. All we did was sign the contract for Gul to sell the property and she took care of all the responsibilities such as the termite inspection, city inspection, cleaning the property, collecting the mail and arranging repairs above the garage with the condo association which was the most time consuming. Bottom line is you don't have to be Einstein to select Gul as your real estate agent.
