Buying a home can be stressful, but Tracy guided us through the process with clear communication and expert advice. This review is long overdue! We had a great experience working with Tracy as our buyer agent. We only interviewed two agents and quickly decided on Tracy because she was so responsive, never pushed us to sign an exclusive agreement, and was always willing to share listings, offer suggestions, and answer our questions. She started helping us right away without any commitment, unlike the other agent, who had a big name but wouldn’t provide any information or advice unless we signed exclusively. Tracy is passionate about her work and very detail oriented, which made all the difference for us. The process moved much faster than we expected, and we ended up buying the first house we bid on 😃 Tracy was always available, quick to answer calls, and kept us informed every step of the way. What I like most about Tracy is that she has such a warm, upbeat energy, and it was always a pleasure talking to her. Even after closing, Tracy continued to help, answering questions about home repairs and other work, connecting us to the right resources, and Alex was even there when we interviewed contractors. I don’t think the other agent would have gone that far after the sale. We truly appreciate Tracy and Alex! They’re not just great at what they do, most importantly they genuinely care. I had a wonderful experience working with Tracy Tang. Ever since I decided to sell my house, I've been paying attention to her approach with selling properties and her proven track records. I was particularly impressed by her ability to clearly and concisely present the properties, especially with knowing how to highlight the unique strengths of each. From the first contact, to scheduling the property staging, to going the extra mile with putting together the English and Chinese versions of the promotional videos on YouTube, she demonstrated her expertise and strong ability in selling the property. Her communication skill is excellent as she frequently provided timely updates. She not only went above and beyond in coordinating the sale of my property, but she also arranged the handyman to repair the property for better sales. It was a great pleasure working with Tracy. She was very friendly, professionally and knowledgeable in the property market. She was very responsive to all my questions and always kept me up-to-date with the selling situations. She negotiated the terms in our best interest as well. The most important thing was her positive attitude when we encountered challenges due to the slow housing market, which was very much appreciated and a huge benefit.
