I had a great experience with Brian as the listing agent for a townhome that was part of my mom’s estate. In fast order, our townhome was priced, staged and several open houses were held. Within six weeks we were able to close and settle the estate. When the buyers agent started “blowing smoke”, Brian was able to filter through it and protect my interest.
