A reverse mortgage loan allows homeowners to convert their home equity into cash with no monthly mortgage payments and having just been "downsized" by my employer this was an answer to our prayers. Tim and Michelle are decidedly meticulous in the paper work that the FHA requires to be submitted for a loan approval. They were easily accessible and in constant contact with us all along the way to our loan approval.
