Wendy was an absolute delight to work with. On very short notice, she made herself available to look at a few different properties. As an avid overthinker, it was great having someone so knowledgeable, trustworthy, and easygoing able to answer questions and offer advice. Not only that, but she made herself available even after the close to offer resources that are necessary after buying and moving, which could have been an afterthought but Wendy made a priority. After purchasing our new home, we also asked her to sell our existing place, of which she made the process very easy to the point where it was mostly out of our hands - which was very welcome. She went out of her way to get us a personalized gift that was so greatly appreciated. I’d work with again and recommend Wendy 10/10 times.

I have only wonderful things to say about Wendy. She walked us carefully & patiently through every step of the home selling process, which was especially important because this was our first time selling a home. She was knowledgeable about everything and was always quick to respond via text, email and phone. There are a lot of personalities in our house (including two cats), and she was a total pro with all of us.
