Wendy D.

Wendy was very knowable and helpful in some very rough situations throughout escrow. She always analyzed the situation and found solid suggestions/answers for us. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an experienced realtor. Thank you Wendy!

I have only wonderful things to say about Wendy. She walked us carefully & patiently through every step of the home selling process, which was especially important because this was our first time selling a home. She was knowledgeable about everything and was always quick to respond via text, email and phone. There are a lot of personalities in our house (including two cats), and she was a total pro with all of us. Wendy is an amazing person, and you would be lucky to have her on your home selling or buying team. (Thank you, Wendy for all your hard work, dedication & patience!!)

Wendy Denny of Compass expertly ushered us along a long and windy process of listing our house, going into escrow, falling out of escrow, un-listing and re-listing our property, accepting an offer and finally closing escrow! Wendy was incredibly creative in the marketing of our property, overseeing the luxury staging of our house, showcasing flattering photos and creating engaging videos! She was extremely optimistic and patient when we experienced a glitch or two and guided us mindfully through some hard decisions - always providing insightful and strategic solutions while always encouraging us to make the final call. Wendy is very knowledgable on all facets of the real estate industry, particularly the unique nuances of working in the Southern California marketplace. From the beginning to the end, Wendy maintained her warm, wonderful, fun and funny personality whilst acting as a stellar negotiator and problem-solver on our behalf. She was a joy to work with, she successfully sold our home to the perfect buyer and I give her my highest recommendation!
