David helped us sell a condo. He was willing to roll up sleeves and physically move things out of the way to declutter for listing pictures. He was always promptly available via text and phone throughout the process. His reasoning and thinking exhibited judgement and collaborative partnership navigating decision points e.g during negotiations. He helped us think through a time sensitive strategy to clean out the house in time for closing date. He was knowledgeable about rules, industry norms and law as we navigated more complex-than-usual buyer requests. It was a definite positive experience and I would work with him again.
