I scheduled a meeting based on the listing, which explicitly stated that the rental comes with two uncovered parking spots at 16327 Kalisher St, Granada Hills, CA 91344. About 30 minutes before arrival, while confirming the appointment, she suddenly mentioned that the unit does not come with parking and that it would be street parking. She also claimed that she did not post the listing, even though it is still active on Zillow and ArmenianBD under her name. This is clear misrepresentation and a waste of people’s time. I scheduled my day and drove there based on false information provided in the listing. The communication was unprofessional and misleading. I cannot recommend working with her at all. Stay away if you don’t want to be misled, scammed, and waste your time.
