I’ve been working with Cameron for the last 9 years. I’ve been in the industry inspecting homes for 20 years and I’ve worked with countless realtors. Cameron is by far my favorite realtor to work with. People can be on edge or under a lot of pressure when buying or selling a home. I'm very impressed with how quickly Cameron listed and sold my house, after months of having no luck finding a renter. I called and inquired with Cam on a Saturday afternoon, he arranged for the photos and videos to be taken Wednesday, the listing went up Friday evening and within minutes, we had 10 showings for that same weekend! After the weekend, we had multiple offers on the table but we decided upon the best offer together, and signed papers with the new owners on Monday. Cam provided me with his professional opinion on all offers, people, loans, etc., that came through, so that everything was fair and I felt good about my decision. Cam had very professional photographers and videographers that captured the most important, unique items about my home and neighborhood. The listing had enough info for someone to have a complete understanding of how my house was laid out, what was included, HOA fee's & rules, school statistics, local community, etc. Cam really went above and beyond to make me feel that I had the best listing, for my price & style of home in my area. Lastly, Cam was very communicative throughout the entire process and responded rapidly via phone, text and email. He has a friendly and outgoing personality, yet he's very professional with all of the expertise he has, from years of being an agent. Although he had other listings, buyers and sellers when he was working with me, not once did I not feel like his #1 client. Thank you Cam for selling my home, I look forward to finding my next home!
