As shown in the picture, someone knows how to decorate beautifully for Christmas...perhaps to cover for the void and the lack of Christmas spirit existing within - VERY un Big Bearian! Worst agent ever. Rude, insulting and next to impossible to reach. Actually had to stop signing email papers to get him to return text. Never available by phone. Even buyer's agent reached out to me because he wouldn't respond to him. My cabin sold, not because of him but inspite of him.
