RE: Cook Property Management, subsidiary of Cook Realty TL;DR an incredibly unprofessional business with terrible customer service and a tenuous grasp of laws pertaining to rentals. Home owners: look elsewhere. Prospective renters: RUN. If you do happen to rent from them, know your rights (California Civil Code §1950.5(f)). I have the privilege of working with Realtor Meena Chan Lee. She was responsive, kept everyone up to date and was so easy to work with. I would recommend her to any seller or buyer.

As a real estate professional as well, I work with a lot of agents but working with Atchan Van Pelt was incredible. She was very knowledgeable and was very quick to respond and always put the buyers needs above and beyond. I recommend working with her and hope to work with them in the future.
