We can't say enough about Scott and Meghan. We were out of state sellers that have not been back to our condo in over 15 years; it was hard to assess what needed to be fixed after being rented for 15 years, and in the current market we felt that we probably needed to update things somewhat to make it presentable to get the best possible offer. Scott helped us from start to finish, managing a full facelift/renovation including kitchen demo, updating the bathrooms, painting the entire unit, and replacing all flooring in the unit that spanned nearly 2 months. He found reasonable contractors that did great work. He also coordinated the delivery and installation of the stainless steel appliances we purchased, as well as the staging. We did not need to fly to California for anything. We then put our condo up for sale and got well over asking, and even higher than Zillow estimated or what we were expecting. We loved Scott and Meghan's professionalism and responsiveness, especially with our situation being out of state; they made it so easy! We highly recommend them without reservation! Meghan and Scott are both amazing and I would definitely recommend using them if you're looking to buy or sell your home. We have used them to buy and sell our last two homes.
