I'm beyond grateful to my former neighbor, who recommended Robert. My neighbor's wife used to be a real estate agent, so when they said Robert was the best agent they have ever worked with, I knew I was in good hands. Where do I begin? Robert is the pinnacle of professionalism, calm under pressure, patient, and resourceful. The property that I sold is in Los Angeles, but I live elsewhere. The first time Robert and I met, I was 8 hours late. A pedestrian had been hit by a Coaster train, delaying my Amtrak. Robert was nevertheless ready to meet me at the property, with a smile. He went the extra mile more than once. For example, he ran to my property to find the source of a water leak. He helped me pick the paint and flooring when we were getting the property ready, and he managed the contractors. The rental management company which I hired since 2019 recommended their contractor, and I made the mistake of saying yes. That contractor made a huge mistake in measuring the floor, and thus their quote to replace the carpet was wrong by 50%. I decided not to let them handle the flooring, but only the rest of the work. In the end, they missed a couple of things. Robert’s contractor—whom I should have hired from the start—replaced the carpet and put in flooring. Thanks to Robert’s input regarding the repairs and upgrades, we received an offer within days. Robert had also assured me that, when executing a 1031 exchange, the value of the replacement property was determined by whatever the dollar amount was after the sale of the relinquished property, minus closing costs. My mom's accountant claimed that the value had to be the full selling price of the relinquished property. In the end, Robert was right. We encountered some challenges—not one bit of our own making—in closing escrow, and Robert was in the trenches finding solutions non-stop. I’m honestly worried that I’ll never be fully happy with another agent.

Robert is the best real estate agent we have ever worked with over the last several decades. We have worked with multiple real estate agents in the Midwest, and in multiple places in California. We have met some wonderful real estate agents, but not as good as Robert. He truly goes above and beyond what is expected. In fact, he does a lot of things for you that you didn’t even ask for just because he is one of those few people who tries to solve problems for you before they actually happen. Our best friend had bought a home with him and told us that we should work with him. We are so glad because he is kind, thoughtful, available, responsive, timely, and just a wonderful human being. Throughout this entire process, we feel that we have earned a friend more than just worked with a real estate agent. Specifically, he accommodated our busy schedule. We were working from a distance, and he made sure everything was set up when we were only available for a few hours. He constantly went back-and-forth as an intermediary with the other real estate agents and others, so we did not have to do the additional steps ourselves. He led us through all the steps and took care of a lot of it on his own. He was always available to answer questions. He replied to our text and email messages promptly. He reviewed all the paperwork and gave us detailed comments, as well as had errors fixed with the other side. Even when we were done, he was kind enough to forward all the things we had to do to set up the utilities with specific contacts and phone numbers. All in all, he really anticipated every step of the process to save us a lot of extra work and time, and most importantly stress. Sometimes, out of pure chance, you end up meeting a genuine human being who does what is right in the world, not for any particular reward, but rather because they believe in doing the right thing by their clients. We cannot recommend Robert enough. He will do everything you need and more, and most importantly, he will make you feel relaxed, peaceful, and supported through a difficult process.
