Horrible company. Cost me a home that I cry over every day , for years. Found my absolute dream home. This woman's son who I only met 2X , never showed me a home . Wasn't my agent , called and threatened me bc I told this woman ( Who did nothing for me ) that I saw a great home , open house, passing by on my way home . She went to look at it, and said " It's o.k. I had no contract with her, nothing. I was a complete idiot to allow these people to bamboozle me into not trying to get the home I've dreamt of my entire life . Why ? Threatened by her 30 something yr old son Jason Cole... I lost everything because of this wretched woman. Don't get tricked by her. Oh , BTW, her husband was very sick at the time , she said he had Rotator Cuff. Was completly remodeled ...top of te line , fit for a king , jacuzzi tub , fireplace in bedroom , humongous walk in closet, AND a STUDIO apt. in back of humongous side driveway. A dream to end all dreams ...This women went to look at it and again said " It's o.k " It was a miraculous find ... once in a lifetime ... but I was threatened by Jason Cole her son on phone. He never apologized, even after I bought the house on a BUSY 6 lane street from them , that needed complete remodeling, just to get away from her. ( I was too good, and too weak to stand up to these scandalous people )
