5 stars isn't enough. Gary helped my family upgrade from a condo in Van Nuys to a beautiful home in Canyon Country. When it came to selling our old home; His team was very professional and expedient. We were able to maximize our return and got much more than anticipated. The pictures they took of my place almost convinced me to keep it, they were so good. Finding a home in the current market is ridiculously difficult. Most homes we looked at were selling for for 100k more than asking. Gary helped us be patient and understood all our needs. We were able to find our new dream home and got it for a reasonable price, in a market where 95% of homes only list for 2 weeks Thank you Gary and the whole team for a job well done.
