If you’re looking for a rental with a landlord who truly goes above and beyond, look no further — Julio is absolutely the best! From day one, Julio was incredibly responsive and attentive to every need. When I accidentally locked myself out, he and his wife Michelle came to my rescue without hesitation. He also took my safety seriously as a single woman living alone, installing security screens and outdoor sensor lights so I felt completely secure in my home. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare and meant the world to me. The backyard is a dream for my dogs, and when the grass and fencing needed attention, Julio didn’t just patch things up — he put in brand new sod and built a completely new fence. He takes real pride in his property and wants his tenants to be comfortable and happy! Being new to the area, I also appreciated that Julio went out of his way to point me in the right direction — sharing referrals for car repair, great local restaurants, and more. He made me feel like a welcomed member of the community, not just a tenant.
