Tina was so amazing to work with! I had been to one of her open houses long ago and have been following her real estate on social media. When it came to putting my parents property up for rent, after managing the listing ourselves and not having enough time, I contacted Tina to see how we could work together. From the beginning of our first meeting, she was so friendly and made everything so easy! She patiently explained everything, was so responsive to my texts and phone calls, provided recommendations on how to make the place more appealing for perspective buyers, was very thorough in the process, etc. She really treated the rent process similar if we were selling the house, which made it that much easier for all parties. She provided frequent updates in timelines, sent someone in to take pictures for the listing, and had the place rented in a matter of weeks. We achieved all our goals and have a wonderful long term renter in place.
