We were fortunate to know Tom personally before we started looking to buy a home. He spent several hours with us discussing buying in today’s market and what our vision was for our ideal home. After selecting properties that caught our interest, Tom quickly arranged for us to view multiple homes within a few hours time. Luckily we found a place we liked, and within a few days he had us under contract and set up the home inspector and other contractors to assess the property. Tom was always listening to our concerns and requests and was very considerate and accommodating in every way possible. Despite a few delays by the seller, Tom was there to see it through and close the deal in time for us to comfortably vacate our rental house. On a professional level, Tom did an amazing job with covering the whole spectrum of the real estate market and he’s very well connected. We never felt any pressure from him and he valued our satisfaction over his personal gain. We would highly recommend Tom for any real estate needs.

Let me just start by saying, Thomas is the BEST! Buying a new house and moving out of state is never easy, especially when there’s work to be done on the house and you’ve only known your realtor a short time. To say Tom went above and beyond would be an understatement! From flooring and carpet, to paint and repairs, Tom always knew who to call and the results couldn’t have been any better. As for the actual realtor work (his real job), Tom made a point of making sure we were always comfortable and understood the process. I was impressed by the strategic nature of the deal, and how he worked to make sure we got the best deal we could. In short, I’ve been in sales my entire career, and I can say without hesitation that if you call anyone but Tom for your next transaction, you’re missing out!
