Eric is a motivated agent. I'm from out of town, and Eric never failed to ask me if I wanted him to visit a property I was interested in, to take pictures, etc. He was always quick to put a contract on the many offers we made while trying to secure a property for me. His knowledge of how we might best navigate the process with foreclosures, short sales, and normal sales was complete and correct. His suggestions on securing seller financing were spot on. In other words, I feel lucky to have him as my agent, and I plan to use him for all my real estate business in San Diego county.
