I was referred to Jessica through a friend when we wanted to start looking for a house in the Long Beach/Lakewood area. She sat down with us and explained the process and the current market for properties that fit our budget. We decided to wait on looking for a house as there were not many in our price range. A few months later, Jessica texted us to say there was a pre-market property that could be a good fit and in our price range. She showed it to us and it was close to exactly what we wanted. We put in an offer and Jessica was very responsive throughout the process. She went to bat for us on getting a good seller credit after the inspection and helped us get quick estimates from contractors for our planning. It was just amazing she was able to find the perfect house for us when we weren't even actively looking!

Jessica is fantastic! Our family had very specific needs so it took a while to find a house that worked for us. Jessica was so patient, proactive, and helpful throughout the process. She kept in touch and explained anything that we needed to know very well. Much of our search was from afar so she really went above and beyond to make calls and do tours on our behalf. We ended up finding something that works great in the area that we wanted and she really advocated for us to give us a leg up to get the house. We would not have been able to do it without her.
