Excellent realtor. Very responsive. This was my first time selling a house, and working with Christian helped make a difficult process much easier. There was a big surprise discovered during inspection which complicated the process. However, Christian did a fantastic job of talking me through my options and coordinating estimates to repair the issue. He was always easy to get ahold of, ready to answer questions anytime, and always brainstorming the best options to navigate my situation.
