Buying our first home felt like a very daunting process before we started working with Mike. My wife and I had a ton of questions, and Mike never once made us feel like it was a bad question. He always answered them and explained his reasoning, not just the what but the why. He walked us through pre-approval, explained what the inspector found and why it mattered, and got us through all the closing paperwork without any problems. We really appreciated that he never steered us toward a house that didn't fit, even when we were being picky about stuff that in hindsight didn't matter much.
