Brita is THE BEST! From start to finish, Brita made every part of the home buying process a breeze. As a first time home buyer, she guided us through every step and explained all the complicated processes and real estate jargon in a way we could truly understand. My wife and I moved from Chicago to LA and were renting a place while learning the area. We ended up deciding on purchasing our first home ever in the middle of one of the most complicated times in recent history to purchase property. Brita was absolutely incredible to work with from start to finish! She was so attentive and patient with our many new home buyer questions. Her solid knowledge of the market and what we can expect going into each home helped put us at ease. Brita guided us through each step of the process while gaining an understanding of what our interests are. We ended up getting exactly what we were looking for in a neighborhood that we love more the longer we’re in it. While we were so excited once all of the paperwork was signed and submitted, we were sad to no longer go visit homes with Brita. She reassured us that we can buy as many homes as we want with her. We’ll need some time to save for the next one, but can’t wait to shop for our next property with Brita!

Brita has helped us buy two house in Los Angeles and both experiences with her have been excellent. Our first purchase was remote (buying a home to rent to our daughter) since we had not moved here and Brita was always available and made the process easy. We love that house! More recently we bought a second home with Brita, and again, she delivered and then some. We got the perfect house for us - and her negotiations made it possible for us to get our dream home. Also, her recommendations for all the inspectors and contractors have been spot on. Cannot recommend her enough!
