Adam was awesome! Over the last 6 months we looked at quite a few homes and he really listened to us and our needs and consistently sent us listings that were right for us. When we were ready to put in an offer he was fast, efficient and detailed in getting the paperwork together and getting us the best offer possible. First and foremost, I can’t recommend Adam enough. My fiancé and I were first time home buyers who really didn’t know much about the process, and were fresh off a bad experience with a realtor who was recommended to us. We had the stress of a limited timeline with a baby on the way, paired with the insanity of the current housing market and really needed help. The best part about Adam from the jump was how he worked with our needs. He was immediately incredibly responsive, and really took the time to understand our budget and what we were looking for in a house. Beyond that, he truly cared about us as people, not just as prospective clients to sell a house to. From the first meeting he assured us that he wasn’t there to sell us a house, he was there to be a resource to help us through the process in finding the right house for us. He spent multiple weekends checking out places with us and was never pushy, never tried to sell us on something we didn’t want, and was able to provide knowledge and insight on the homes we looked at that would have never occurred to us. He was realistic and transparent with the state of the market and set the right expectations once we started making offers, while again providing guidance on the offer process. Halfway through our search, we pivoted from Orange County to Corona and Adam rolled with it, continued to help us, and ultimately we found and closed on our dream home. Even once the offer was accepted, Adam was there to help us through everything from the inspection, walkthroughs, all contingencies and through close. I can honestly say we wouldn’t have got here without him, and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy in Orange County or anywhere else.
