She took over the listing in Beverly Hills beautiful property after it did not sell over a year. Owner asked my help to find the skilled agent in the area and I started making calls…..focused on someone who sold high priced property in the area and she was the 1st person who answered my phone! It tells you she is a very proactive agent who won’t rely on assistant or secretary to answer calls for you. What was most amazing was that after she took over the listing, she presented multiple offers within a week!!! She is very personable, friendly, yet very professional. The owner was very pleased and impressed how quickly and efficiently she was able to close the deal!!

Brooke is a total real estate badass and also just super cool!! She is super proactive about finding homes based on your needs and wants, and is always in touch on phone, text and email. We got our place within a week of meeting and working with her, paid what we wanted for it, and she even helped us negotiate repair credits back. She's also very chill and an animal lover which is a big plus! She's rad!! Highly recommend :)
