We met Teresina through a family friend and she has made my first home buying experience as painless as possible. We put offers on multiple houses in multiple cities before finally getting accepted in Livermore. Teresina was with us the entire way, driving out to virtually show the properties if we were busy; hounding the listing agents for prompt response. Even after we've closed, Teresina is here for us. Problems that were out of her control, she has taken the initiative and effort to put them in her control even now, nearly a month after close of escrow. I really wanted to thank Dennis and Gogo from Berri Real Estate for all their wonderful help in our recent condo purchase. Being pretty new and inexperienced with the San Francisco housing market they were a buoy in a stormy sea, and were wonderfully patient in explaining everything to us. They were knowledgeable about various areas and were always spot-on with their observations and recommendations. In the end we found and secured a great condo exactly where we were looking, and their industry connections for mortgages and insurance were very useful in getting everything lined up for a smooth purchase.
