I am so impressed with my Realtor! I have had Real Estate transactions within the last few years, and my last Realtor didn't know half of what Eric does about marketing and the use of technology to get people to look at your home. I was also very happy with the photographer that Eric hired to take pictures of my house. The advice on what should be done to prepare my home for the best possible presentation, was invaluable. Due to Eric's tremendous skills in marketing and technology, he drew over 20 viewings at the first (pre MLS) open house. On top of that, we had a decent offer made from that open house. Then, within 24 hours of being on the MLS, we had a solid full-price offer, which we've accepted! Eric did an amazing job of selling my Dad's house. He was really helpful in getting the property ready for sale and had valuable input on what it would take to sell quickly in a changing market.
