Jeannette and Lisa are exceptional realtors, and truly go above and beyond for their clients. We first met Jeannette serendipitously when we walked into an open house that already had an offer. Instead of dismissing us since the house was basically sold, Jeanette was super personable and took her time to get to know us and what we were in the market for. She is also a mother and understood our needs and concerns, especially since we had just moved back to the Orange County area with our young children and were first time buyers. The housing market had become extremely competitive and the whole process felt daunting, but she did not waste any time going on the hunt for us with our very specific criteria. Immediately the following weekend she set us up with a few showings, and the search continued for a few months. Being new to the process, we had many things to learn and SO many questions, but both Jeanette and Lisa were extremely responsive to all of our texts, at all times of the day--their response times were truly impressive! They were also very patient with us even though they are pros to the So Cal real estate market. There was not a question they did not have an answer for, from the mundane to the esoteric. The escrow process can be a little grueling for first time buyers, but they walked us through every step. We feel extremely lucky that we met Jeannette and Lisa. As first time buyers, we cannot recommend Jeanette strongly enough! She was so incredibly patient, informative and supportive throughout the entire process of buying our first home. She worked diligently to help us find what kind of home we wanted, and never pressured us one way or another. She showed extreme patience and flexibility with our sporadic schedules. Jeannette DeMarco is awesome! Jeannette was my realtor for buying a house as well as selling. As a buyer’s agent, she was very informative, communicated clearly, and thoroughly explained all documents. She understands the market very well. In today’s competitive market (as a buyer), she provided very relevant information to help in making a decision on the offer (winning offer). As a seller’s agent, she thoroughly researched my neighborhood to come up with a listing price, which was considerably higher than what I was thinking after doing my own research. Her approach/strategy to marketing and selling was excellent, and the home sold above asking within a couple days of listing. She was very supportive throughout the buying and selling process, explained everything clearly, worked closely with escrow and lenders, and always available to answer any questions. As a buyer and and as a seller, I always felt that Jeannette had my best interest as her goal. There are too many little and big things throughout the buying/selling process to include in this review, but Jeannette really worked hard and stayed on top of everything to ensure that the buying/selling process was smooth. I highly recommend Jeannette to anyone looking for a realtor. If I ever need to sell or purchase a home in the future, I will definitely be reaching out to Jeannette.
