I had a great experience with Jose selling our home in West Park a few years ago. We intentionally sought out Jose because we had noticed he had extreme success selling multiple homes in our neighborhood. And it paid off for us! Jose was quick to help get our home listed, photographed and an open house scheduled (this sale was due to a cross country move for work so we were on a tight timeline and were motivated to sell). Jose was able to get us a full ask offer within 24 hours of listing the home, allowing us to cancel our open house. Unfortunately that buyer fell through however, Jose utilized his network and was able to get us 2-3 additional offers within a week (less) of losing the prior buyer. This time we received offers above asking and everything processed smoothly! Jose has been a West Park expert for many years, holding many community events as well. He’s extremely transparent and communicative and we could not have been happier to work with him! If we were to move back to CA, we’d use Jose to buy!!

You can really tell when someone loves what they do, as it shows in every aspect of their work. Jose Chavez is the best of the best and he clearly loves what he does! He is an outstanding realtor, who really takes the time to understand his clients needs, preferences, lifestyle and budget in order to help find you the perfect home. Jose is professional, reliable, and prompt in his communications. He has assisted my family both with the buying and selling aspects and both processes were executed seamlessly. To put it mildly, Jose Chavez is just an awesome realtor. A short time ago, he was the realtor I had on a very complicated 1031 Exchange concurrent sale and purchase transaction. He represented me as both a seller and a buyer and did an outstanding job on both sides of the deal. There were a lot of intricate details and timing procedures involved in this transaction and he handled everything perfectly. He also has excellent contacts in the loan, title, and home inspection areas which were invaluable to me during this process. Naturally, I don’t buy or sell a home that often, but when the time comes again, Jose will be my first call. Thank you again, Jose!
