Working with Jordan made what I thought would be a stressful home-buying experience surprisingly smooth and enjoyable. From day one, he was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely passionate about helping me fin the process. What stood out most was the level of attention and care he gave throughout the entire process. We just purchased our dream home using Jordan and I can't recommend him highly enough. For us, we really wanted a partner we could trust, and he has been just that. He's not looking to make a quick buck - he will tell you his honest opinion, even when you should walk away from something that isn't the right fit and he will work relentlessly to help you find a house, answer your questions, and even help with work post-close work (we're using all his contractors to work on the new house). As an added bonus, he's a great negotiator, and helped us get our home for well under ask. Overall, we will be using Jordan for any and all home sales and purchases for as long as we are in LA, and I would highly recommend you do the same!
