Brent’s real estate skills are outstanding. We felt we were in great hands during the entire process. When we began looking, Brent set us up with his MLS system that outlined exactly what we were looking for. He was patient and never pushy as we drug our feet until the perfect property became available. When we found the property, Brent was immediately available to show it. We had an offer in by that evening. He was active in keeping us updated and offering advice for the negotiation process, that would eventually land us in the home. As we continued on with the escrow process, Brent had a great list of resources when we asked. Because of some contingency issues, there was a lot of communication necessary, in which Brent was always on the ball.
