I can’t say enough good things about Kim Avila. She’s helped my brother and his wife sell several of their homes over the years, which is how I first came to work with her. There were multiple bids, but she went right in and wrote a heartfelt letter explaining why I should have the home, and she followed up relentlessly. It was her idea to offer a little more to secure it, and in the end, we not only got the house, but we also got that additional money back through seller fixes — putting the value right back into the home. I am beyond happy in my new home, and it’s all thanks to her. If you want someone who is knowledgeable, strategic, patient, and truly on your side, I can’t recommend Kim Avila enough. She will work as hard for you as she would for her own family.

Kim Avila is the absolute best realtor there is. I can’t say this enough. Kim went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable before placing my home on the market. The service received from her was exceptional. Kim made sure I understood anything that required my signature. We interviewed many agents before we chose Kim to sell our home of 22 years. It had been a minute since we last dealt with real estate and we bought our house brand new so it’s a little different when your ready to sell.
