Tommy Crudo deserves nothing less than 5 Stars!! Tommy was referred to me from a very close friend, so I reached out to speak with him about finding a home in North County to purchase. I was a first-time home buyer, so the whole process was very new to me. Tommy was professional, patient, personable, and provided top tier, white-glove customer service! He made himself available to me 24/7, no joke. Sometimes I would text or call him at 10pm wanting to submit an offer and he would do just that. He showed me 50+ homes which shows you how dedicated he is to finding the “perfect” solution for a buyer. He not only gave me professional advice while purchasing a home, but when needed he gave me the friendly advice when I needed to hear it. For example, there were some properties I was ready to put an offer on and Tommy helped me understand why those properties really don’t meet my full needs before submitting an offer. When I found the home I love, Tommy went to bat for me none-the-less. Tommy got me a great deal and was able to get the seller to pay my closing costs ($10K) as part of the terms of purchase. After agreeing on terms, the inspection came back saying the home needed a new roof and the AC Unit was nearing the end of its life. Tommy was able to deliver and get the seller to pay for the new roof ($10K)! He also made sure there was a 1-year home warranty included which allows me to service the AC unit if it needs maintenance at a very low cost out of pocket for the first year. The roof was replaced within 2 weeks of the inspection coming back, and the close was quick and easy!
