Do yourself a favor - work with anyone else. We missed out on three homes while working with Lee, including one where our offer—$40K over the final sales price—was mishandled. His advice was poor, responses were slow, and contracts were riddled with typos and leftover language from other deals. When we decided to move on and work with a new agent, Lee dared to ask for payment to terminate our representation agreement - despite his failures. Plenty of great agents are out there.
