Gina Vreeburg came in with a fair price for our property. She spent many hours showing the property and found a pre-approved buyer that was willing to offer close to our asking price. When the buyers' appraiser valued the property at $20,000 below the sales price, she was able to get the buyers' to split the difference with us.
