Antonio is THE BEST! Several years ago he helped me buy my first home. Recently, he helped me sell that home, as my family has outgrown it, and are in the process of buying again. Buying and selling are two different animals. Each come with their own set of tasks, challenges, and emotions. He guided me through each process expertly, patiently, and always with my best interest in mind. His diligence, attention to detail, and caring are invaluable. There are very few people I trust implicitly to handle anything on my behalf; Antonio is definitely one of them.

Antonio is a dream to work with. We originally started working with him in 2019 just after we sold our home in north county and were trying to find another home in the San Diego area. We almost bought a property then with his guidance and in depth advice and work, but we had to back out when the seller simply was unrealistic on price. We wound up moving out of state for two years, but made the decision in summer of 2021 to return to San Diego. It took awhile to sell our home out of state and finally get here, ready to buy, and I can't believe Antonio was willing to give so much of his time yet again to help us. We went through many phases and kept changing our minds about where we wanted to be and what sort of house we wanted, which I'm sure made him question our sanity! Finally, we decided to downsize to a condo and move back downtown. He was still right there for us and got us into the condo of our dreams. He is so easy to work with and truly does his homework on any property. I highly recommend his services to anyone looking to buy or sell.
