LiAnne is amazing. She very knowledgeable and has many many resources at her fingertips as well as finding answers to those really difficult one-off questions. She was invaluable in resolving problems on the recent sale of my parents home. Her excellent detective work saved me over 50k in a conflict with my sister over the sale of their home! She’s excellent at keeping the waters calm between siblings when handling family drama when real estate is sold. Her expertise, experience and patience are truly her superpowers. I don't even know how to convey how amazing Lianne is. Let me start by saying I've dealt with two other realtors both in Nevada during the purchase of our first home and the sale of that same home when relocating back to California. All I have to say is that none of them have come even close to the love and care that Lianne showed up throughout our home purchase here.
