Jin was awesome from beginning to end. In fact, he was so good to my family that we went with him when we bought our first home and then called him back up when it was time to sell that home and get our second home! Jin was patient with us and explained everything that we needed help with. He was persistent in advocating for us, getting us the best deal in purchasing a home and getting us a solid buyer. I have just purchased my first home in Chino Hills thanks to Jin. If you are a home buyer in 2021, you understand how competitive the real estate market is now. My husband and I almost gave up our dream of home ownership and thought we we would never be able to purchase a house in the desirable neighborhood in the aftermath of the pandemic. And then, Jin made everything possible. What I like most about Jin is his competence. I am sure it won't be too difficult for you to find a realtor who is social like Jin; it is their job to communicate with their clients and you might find most agents pretty friendly, honestly, although I found Jin particularly personable, caring, and considerate; he is such a kind person and is very pleasant to work with. Having said that, what makes Jin truly special is his expertise, professionalism, and honesty. He is extremely knowledgable about California's housing market and gives the most honest advice. As a first time home buyer, I was ignorant of the whole process and Jin patiently answered my endless questions via phone, text, and email. Every time we saw a house, he made sure that I understood the pros, cons, as well as the future value of the house, too, so that I could make an informed decision. He has a firm belief that people should buy a house that they "love," (and not merely "like,") and patiently waited till we found the house at which we were finally able to say, "this is it!." We had to beat multiple (by which I mean more than 15) offers, of course, and his strategies for us to get the house were more than effective. I still remember the day when he called me to deliver the news that we got the house; seriously, it was the most exciting human voice that I had ever heard. He was meticulous about contracts and extremely detailed about all the paperwork, too, and every document was error-free. In addition, the professional network he has built in the field is strong, and we benefitted significantly from his solid personal connections whenever we needed additional help and support. We are completely satisfied with his work and can't thank him enough for everything he has done for us throughout the whole process. Jin Woo's work ethic and genuine care was what made our experience buying and selling such a smooth ride.
