Been working in Bay Area for a few years and finally decided to move the family here. Ingrid was referred by one of my best friends, whose family members have purchased several homes with her help. She told me a story about a buyer trying to buy a house from her client before other offers come in. Although Ingrid could have doubled her commission by being the agent for both seller and buyer, she refused to do that without hesitation. Ingrid is the best and most professional agent I've ever worked with. I would recommend her to all my friends who are going to buy a house in bay area. We have experience with other agents while buying and selling a house in other state. So, we feel even more lucky to have her help us as the first-time house buyer in bay area. Ingrid is very organized. when she recommend us to see a property, she always has already done a lot of homework ahead of time and have made some important notes to herself and the client, eg: selling price of surrounding houses, what's the main pro/cons, etc. In this way, a lot of time is saved buy focusing on targeted houses that really suit our needs. Ingrid has very high professional ethics. She never push/encourage clients to increase their budget or give a higher number while preparing an offer. But, she typically gives you a range for clients' referance, which is extremely helpful. That is how we finally get a house with a very good deal. Ingrid is very responsive and care about the clients need. she can stand in the shoes of her clients and be very patient to answer our big or small questions. She even gives us a lot of tips and resources about how to take care of the house after closing, which I think is beyond her scope of work and very helpful.
