They did more than I expected at every step in the process and I thought I knew what to expect from the Hill Group! The whole team helped me out. Doug & Kirsten met me at the property to help pick paint colors, carpet, suggest some ways to make the home show well, and kept me from over spending on the fix-up! They reviewed everything and helped me decide on the final listing price and hired a professional photographer to make the house look amazing. There were problems when the home appraised lower than the contract price and they helped pull the deal together and protect my position. These guys are amazing, professional, and just great people!
